Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was ripped off by this company. I sent for the free trial patches (2) and as they advertised, "absolutely no obligations" other than pay $1.95 shipping charge. When I saw my credit card statement, I was being charged for $169.95 from them.
Needless to say, I was "fuming". I notified my credit card carrier that it was an unauthorized charge and I also sent this information to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office. I will never buy anything online before I check out the Rip-Off Report.com site.

Thanks for letting me report that this company charged an unathorized charge to my credit card. I have kept all my emails and letters, plus phone call to this company. I sent all this correspondence, mine and theirs, to my card company. My card company credited my account, and the BT-LTD removed their charge, but they still had the gaull to send me an email that said I could still get their product, but at a lower rate....LOL
