Nathan sold me units that failed within the first 20 minutes of use. In speaking with him there is no resoulution that he is offering and basically I'm out $ 3,100.00. I have gigs on the books and am going to let my customers down because we don't have functioning units. When I asked for tempoary repacements I was told no.
To date there is no resoulution.

Dear Nathan Chan,
I received notice that the credit we discussed yesterday has completed and posted to your account. As we also discussed, here is a breakdown of the events that took place leading up to your account being credited. On 4/27/2015 you buyer opened up case PP-003-875-549-338 and requested that we reverse the transaction. The buyer was initially awarded the claim but this was done in error as the item was custom made and should not have been covered under PayPal's buyer protection policy. An appeal was processed and was granted in your favor but there was a delay in the approval process for the credit to your account but that was resolved this morning. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I'm glad I could resolve this for you. If you have any further questions please feel free to call us directly at 888-215-5506.

This issue has taken my valuable time and will respond by simply pointing out that Pay Pal did the right thing and gave me a full refund. I appreciate the buyer protections that Pay Pal offers for situations like this.

We are responding to a claim against us from a previous customer of ours.
Firstly, this customer had contacted us to purchase some products and was desperately in need of getting them with a very short deadline. Our production schedule was incredibly busy with a current production & express delivery time of roughly 5 weeks. We were able to get this order done much quicker to accomodate this customer deadline and move his order ahead of many others as a sign of showing how well we work with our customer base.
This customer was using our products for a rental that he had secured after the rental party had also ontacted us and we made sure to refer this rental inquiry to our customer. We contacted the rental customer after the event to assure the event went well, and was told that all 6 units were working well and that the rental was incredibly fun and entertaining. "The kids loved it"
The following day, our customer sent through some images of damage to his equipment and we spoke over the phone and let him know we would send over the parts necessary to do repairs. Our products are used in a full contact sport, but played in an inflatable product. Holes, rips and tears will happen and we also advised all our customers along with placing this information on our website in plain view.
The mystery in this particular case, was that we were told by the rental party that all went well, however, our customer. after the event, shows us images of damage. We referred this customer back to our purchase agreement, along with our policies on the website in regards to warranty / damage / repairs. The more aggressive the referee allows the players to be, the higher the chances of rips & tears will occur leading to additional repairs.
After speaking with our customer, and on the understanding we would send additional materials to repair his products, we find that the customer decided to place a claim on his purchase. With overwhelming evidence from both the product images, the customers own Facebook page and testimony from the rental customer, it was clear that the customer was attempting to take advantage of the situation.
In response to the claim that the customer had regarding asking for replacements, in line with our policies, we had offered to send repair parts as needed. Our products are all custom made, and to send replacements woudl take additional time & cost to the customer.
We are one of the largest suppliers of this product in the USA & abroad, and focus on assisting the customers in every way possible to allow full enjoyment from this activity. Our team is always there to help in every way possible.
