Bubbleworks4u does pick-up and drop off delivery of clothes in need of dry cleaning. They returned my garments a day late at 10:00 pm. The next morning my son got up to get dressed for school and the jersey was not with my other garments. I immediately called the store. I was informed that the manager would call me back, to no avail, so i called back 5 times more and still am getting no help.

My friend works for a dry cleaners in NY and ALWAYS has the greatest clothes. My friend and I asked her about it and she told us that she just "borrows" the clothes that she likes that she sees come in. That way she has a new shirt to wear out every weekend. If for some reason the customer came in and she hadn't brought the shirt back yet she would just say it's not available, or they couldn't find it and they will contact the customer. Worst of all, she would take teh shirts AFTER they were cleaned (because in her words she didn't want to wear clothes with someone elses body oils all over it). She would then either not clean them or she would just wash them in her washing machine and dryer at home!
