Budget Savers Charged my Pay Pal card, I never heard of this company before and definitely never ordered anything from them to be billed $29.99. I called them, they're closed and it says for customer service use www.programdot.com and it has nothing to do with budget savers or customer service? I want my refund. I'm closing my card. I got a transaction on my Pay Pal activity today that was for a company called budget savers. I'd never heard of them. The charge was for $29.99. So I called the 800#. Only to get a recording that they're closed! But if you need customer service, you may use the internet to contact them at www.programdot.com. So I googled it and found nothing? So then I googled the Budget Savers some more to find I'm NOT the first to be scammed by them? I am VERY upset by this. I am closing down my Pay Pal and getting a new account! This is ridiculous!
