Setup truck reservation by internet site, using my credit card for a sort truck rental that would have cost less than $40.

Had to cancel 200pm pickup at 130 pm.

Received confirmation of cancellation via email, with no mention of NO SHOW charge.

I was charge $50 no show charge on my credit card.

Called to complain , they said the policy is 48 hour notice required.

I reserved and cancelled within 40 minutes and they charged me a NO SHOW CHARGE?

Deceptive , terrible customer service.

DO NOT use them.
