Ordered a rifle from Buds which they advertise to be in stock. Buds took my money but did not ship because they did not have the gun in stock like they said. I cancelled the order and they caharged me an outargous fee for restocking a gun they do not have. These people are crooks, con artist what ever you wish to call them. Do not try to buy from these people. They have the perfect scam going should they not have the gun and they do lie about having guns. If you use these people you will get what you ask for!

We would never charge a cancellation fee to a customer for an out of stock item. Per our Conditions of Use:

"Item Availability (Guaranteeing you will get the item)

Occasionally we have only one item in stock and more than one person orders it. We will honor the first funded order. If we run out of stock we will cancel your order and refund your money.

If you do not pay with credit card or ACH we do not hold items from your order. Consequently, if someone else with guaranteed funds buys the same item it may become unavailable and we cannot ship one to you. Once you place an order with us we will set your items aside with your name on them ONLY after your order is funded. This is our only way to know you are serious about the order. If you do send us a check or money order and we sell the item to someone else, we will return and void your personal check or mail you a refund check"

As the Customer Service Manager I would be happy to review the particular order mentioned in the previous post with the customer or this particular type of situation with anyone that may happen to have a question. Please fee free to call in and ask any of our Customer Service Representatives to speak with me, I'll be happy to take the call.

We won't participate in lenghty online debates in forums but we would be more than happy to address any concerns, again, please just call me. As well, please review our BBB, Gunbroker, or ebay ratings. They are excellent. We strive to provide the best service in the industry.
