Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Took a call from a local exchange from a rep indentifying himself as Dylan Chamberlain with Buildertrend. Very uninformed and amateurish. when challenged became argumentative and hostile. Would not terminate call. When pressed admitted wasn't local at all but was calling from a spoofed number and was acually in Nebraska. After terminating the call learned he tried to place a slanderous post on the company facebook page. Stay away from these goofs.
