I  used a property management software called Buildium. This software allows me to manage all of our properties under one platform.  I can not only receive payments from all of our tenant/buyers I can also send payments through this software onto you.

Unfortunately, I recently discovered that Buildium who has a 3rd party who services the funding of this part of the service has failed to deliver on their promise.  That company is called "Forte". Forte took money out of my bank and did not pay my clients mortgage payment per my instruction. 

Buildium did nothing to return my money in a timely manner nor did Forte bother returning my calls regarding this matter. I had to file a complaint with my bank to get my money returned. 

I hope you will call and complain to their fraudulent act and don't fall victim as well.
