I ordered 5 boxes of Met-Rx Big Colossal Super Cookie Crunch nutrition bars to be sent to my son in college on November 14, 2010, and paid for rush handling. They promised the order would be shipped in 2-3 days. It wasn't.

After several e-mails, they explained they were moving to a new warehouse and assured me the order would be shipped in 2-3 days. I asked for a refund for the $2.95 rush handling. They credited my VISA card.

Weeks later my son still had not received the order. I couldn't reach Bulk Nutrition at 1-800-975-8125 because their phones weren't working. The recorded message told me to send an e-mail and they would reply promptly.

They finally responded to an e-mail apologizing profusely, refunded my shipping costs, and offered to send me a "very valuable coupon" in the mail.

Today is 12/21/10. My son is home form college now. He doesn't need the bars any more. Their phones still don't work. They stopped responding to e-mails on 12/10 and I'm out $106.65.

VISA to the rescue

AUTHOR: malv555 - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 05, 2011

After contacting VISA and filing a dispute for the $106.65 about 3 weeks ago, today I see the full amount has been credited to my account. Lesson learned. I will never do business with bulknutrition.com again.

I live in Ohio as well, about 20 mins outside of Cleveland. I placed a large order with them on Dec 7th, and it went into processing on the 8th. The order contained some supplements my brother had said he wanted for Christmas. Here it is the 27th, and I have recieved nothing from them after several different attempts to contact them via email and phone. All of these attempts have gone unanswered.

Seeing as I have done literally thousands of dollars of business with them previously and my VISA has been charged for the amount of the order, I find the customer service in my case and in yours to be ridiculous. They have lost a customer in me, andI have alerted the Better Business Bureau of MA and hopefully some resolution can come to this travesty.
