I have to agree with everything she has said here about BCR. I have had numerous bad experiences with them. They are very rude and foul mouthed. They want personal information, call you names, want more money than owed, these people need to be stopped. When you ask to speak to a supervisor you get the run around. Billy at extension 5145 was very rude and repeatedly told me the bill is not paid and yelling at me. I have talked to a Neal, Nathan #2, Joe, Anthony Lawson and many more. They asked me how I felt about my husband lying and not paying the bills. They are the most rude, crude people ever and should be shut down instantly! I have reported them to AT&T who supposedly turned this account over to them which when I called AT&T they said they did not. I told AT&T how they treated me and they were apalled, they said there should be a law against such people calling. Be aware of these people! Do not give them any information. I will be letting the BBB know about these people.
