I was sent an email at (((Redacted))).  They are saying I have done check fraud, theft deception and violation of federal banking.

 His name is Steve Matthews and his number is (((Redacted))).  He said since I did not get back to him (I have never heard from this guy before) that they are now going to prosecute me.

He said he will inform FBI, Homeland Security and my employer and bank.
