It's a scam - don't contact them at all

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - (USA)

There is no such thing as The Bureau of Defaulters - FTC Corporation. These scammers take other names and make them their own and dunn you for money you don't owe. This is the Payday Loan Collection scam. You can read it on a real website which is no relation at all to the phony name they supplied to you.  Don't contact them.  They are scammers. Don't ay anything to them. Don't email them.
