burgess seed&plant company paid for a order through my american express on feb. 10th 2015 .burgress company took my payment of $48.88.when i check on my order on april 20 2015.i was told by one of there workers.they dont take american express cards.this is a scam going on by burges ripped off on my american express card bloomington il 61704-9609 illonois 61704
