This guy had called my house claiming that if I didn't pay the 900+ dollars that I could go to jail for bank fraud. He knew my social security number, birthday and address. He was very mean, and said he was an officer and I would be i trouble with the court sytem if I didnt pay this debt. Not only could I be in trouble, that there would be a criminal record for bank fraud. I have never even had a speeding ticket. So I called a criminal attorney and he said it was a scam.
