Bursey and Associates They are representing Midland Credit Management They are trying to collect almost $17,000.00 that they think I owe, which I don't! The debt is not mine! They filed a judgement against me, in 2008 and now are trying to renew the judgement this year! The debt in NOT mine! Tucson, Arizona

This is simply a continuation of the previous about the above creditor. I also meant to mention that Midland Credit Management & Bursey & Associates, Inc., are scammers! So to anyone who has been ripped off by them & lied to by them: Beware because they are bad news as well as scammers!

I am adding a few more words to these guys, as well. I am simply

saying that they will not win because the debt is not mine! They have

no proof that I owe them anything even though they did take money

from me! They also should not be allowed to renew the judgement

because it is bogus and false! As for paying any court costs or fees,

they are responsible for paying all that, not me! So they and Midland

Credit Management better forget about getting any more money from

me because it's never going to happen and I will not stop fighting back

 until they get the message and stop harassing me. But they can

forget about winning!
