Business computer Training institute B.C.T.I This was suppose to be a trade school college Vancouver Nationwide

 I was 16 years old in 1990 my mother was attending school. In Vancouver Washington I was forced to enroll by her. She signed everything so I thought. I attend the course and graduated. But little did I know my diploma for 30 business credits was no good . Unable to get a job with my diploma or credits . I got into road work 14 years later after having a high risk pregnancy with my fourth child almost dying giving birth and needing time of work. Thank god for tax time right !!! I filed taxes to get a letter saying they where taken for school loans all 10,000 dollars. This placed me on the streets with 4 kids losing my home and everything for I was unable to work.. I wrote letters fought and made phone calls wanting to know how I was given a loan of 12,000 at the age of 16 with no ged or diploma . I was told to keep fighting the next year they took the final 2,000. Full loan was paid I was sick and exhausted continued writing letters.. I have never received on thing but the rough reality of being ripped of for 12,000 . How can this happen I want my money back !!!
