Business Developement Authority scams business owners for money. I spoke with Allan Jones over the phone many times about getting approved for a line of credit with my business. He explained it very simple and easy for us to undetstand. He said if we had a credit score for our guarantor of at least 620 and had no BK or judgement or tax liens we would be approved no problems at all. He expained they would change our corporation paperwork around so the bank would approve. I ask him why would a bank lend up to 400K to us because right now banks wont even approve us for a new credit card. He explained over and over it was based on our CORPORATION mostly but that the person guarantor needed to be someone with stable credit. After we paid him $3500 he then moved us to stage 2 to work with Jason. After two months of working with Jason our loans were denied at each bank with the reason stating we had to many credit inquiries.  After this I pulled our personal guarantors credit to find out that we had almost perfect credit and our scores where 50 points higher than what Jason told us. We have no BK, No credit card lates, no tax liens, no Foreclosures. We had one small collection from two years prior that was paid. The collection was for under $100 dollars. So with our scores being almost 700 the loan was still denied. After talking with Jason he had us talk to Tony Price (owner) for a refund. We talked to tony for no more than 10 minutes and waited a week to get an email saying NO REFUND.  Watch out for this company as they will take $3500 and move on the next client.

I am very surprised to hear this! My experience has been completely different they did a great job for us! We needed help getting our business structured properly and sought out a good company to help us do that. Our bank in our home town of New Castle PA gave us Business Development Authorities Info.  They helped us get our business a loan of $300,000. We did have credit issues personally; however I placed my partner on the business with a better credit score and things worked out just fine. Im sorry your experience didnt go well for you.  The older I get the more I realize there are always two sides to every story. I wonder what theirs is?
