Do not be fooled by this Company they exploit innocent consumers; they are cheating, swindling, lying thieves!

I purchased what I thought was clean, opt-in data with an agreed age criteria from BDP Agency  (Business Marketing Solutions Limited) ICO number Z1751419 – Company House no 06902460

The data test on 500 numbers was 82% not qualified, abusive customers, consumers registered with the TPS, None of which were aware of any previous survey that had apparently taken place that they had opted into a call back. The calls were so abusive, threatening and distressing for our agents the test was pulled.

I contacted Theo Swallow my very own “Senior Account Manager” at BDP and provided a data report alongside written documents our agents recorded whilst trialling the data. I requested a full refund at this point only to be informed that they do not provide refunds but would check the info we had sent.

The next email was informing me the data was perfectly fine and that I could not expect a 100% pick up rate, I explained that at no point was this my issue, the issue was that these leads were not opt-in, and the criteria that we paid for was certainly not present in these contacts. Again I requested a refund, a copy of the complaints procedure and to speak to his Manager or Compliance Officer again was informed no refund, also no complaints procedure and no Manager but what I did receive was an email saying that they are only interested in working on our relationship!! WHAT A JOKE!

A mysterious “Director” Jane Snee was cc’d in after me requesting speaking to his Manager 5 times! This “Director” is not registered at Company House, which of course I questioned and received no answer. She does sport a lovely picture on their home page with Richard Branson, I wonder if he is aware that he is being associated with these Crooks???? I might drop him an email. Thinking about it, all the Companies advertised on their homepage might appreciate an email from me asking if they really want their credible companies associated with these Cheats. Every single poor consumer on this list will be contacted by us and given simple detailed information on how to complain to the bodies mentioned below for stealing their personal information and selling it.

After threatening to report them to Ofcom, ICO, TPS, Ombudsman and every other Trade Body I could think of the “Director” finally makes an appearance. She emails me stating that there would be no refund and she would happily send me a copy of the terms and conditions and replace 90 leads.. SERIOUSLY? She wants me to put our Company at risk calling this data and to continue to exploit these consumers?? Really?

Wouldn’t it have been easier to have refunded my money and admit that you ripped us off??

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
