I submitted for a business online from this service. I changed my about ordering from them after I had placed the order. The person kept requesting for my drivers license # and my social security. He informed me that he would send me a refund and it would show on my credit card statement. I have yet to see any refund and it's been over a month now. I know I won't get my money back but hopefully this will save others some time and money.
