I signed up for their $50 per month package.  It says you can cancel anytime.  You can't.  There is no phone number to call, and the email links for support/billing do not work.  I have sent multiple emails to each address on their site, and every email bounces back.  They continue to charge my credit card $50 every month. 

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I am going to try to have my bank stop their charges.  I hope they can.

This site tricks you into thinking that there is an investor wanting to invest in your idea / company.

They send you emails to get your to log in and then they say you have to pay to see the investor. 

However these investors are nobody, some wierd chinese name after they've sent you a catch eamil saying this investor is in the united states.  This is how they got me .... ouch !!!  Hahaha ok they got me.

I tried to cancel, email, call  .... nothing.  I forgot to cancle the card last month when I paid to see the investor info but that was on me.  My debit card is changed so I'm sure I'll get an email that they can't charge my card maybe I'l be able to talk to somebody.

This site just forwarded me another email that an investor is interested ... here is what they say ...

I suscribe to "not quite"s report. No cancel button on menu. No reply to my 2 e-mails despite being more than 48 hours sent as they advice. I have reported to VISA and will do so next week to FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION.

It may be that they now have a new site.  I have not, nor will I, visit their site again.  However, their claim that a "Cancel" button was clearly marked is flat out false.  If you research them, you will see that I was hardly the only person to have found no way to cancel his membership.  Also, many reported the same experience that I did---not being able to find any phone number for this "business". 

I did find success in having my bank block all charges to them, and my bank even credited me for charges they had taken.  I again warn people t be very careful with this business.  Perhaps they have changed.  If so, and you wish to do business with them, I recommend calling them and seeing if you can reach them before giving them your credit card number.

This user is referring to the old site that was online. However, even on the old site the cancel membership was clearly indicated. The email address has always worked fine. On the new website you may cancel anytime and set privacy settings which are linked to every page on the website. We are always here to help our users and support them on a daily basis.
