I was unable to find much information about this place so after I found out that shoppingessentials was affiliated with vistaprint,which had started charging my account around the same time, I called to find out if this company was also. It was and vistaprint service dept. took care of all the credits to my account and cancelations. However they said it would take up to one to two billing cycles, when shoppingessentials said it would only take up to 48hrs. Relived and disappointed with the hassels.
