I was a customer of the Jemez Pueblo Buydiscountcigarettes company
in Jemez and Alubquerqu, NM. In Aug 2008, Jemez went out of business it seems and sales and debits ceased. IN Oct 2008 I was debited twice for over 100 dollars by a company calling itself Keystone State something other aka KSAP. I never received any product. The phone is al;ways busy and email is unaswered.
I filed fraud charges with my bank and apparently the FBI is investigating.

Talked to a very competent lady named Karen at the KSAP BuyDiscountCigs Maryland call center and she advised that prior standing orders were cancelled and had to be re-established. She also
advised that shipment will take 5-7 days after auto-check is tendered and acxcepted at bank. She agreed to send order never received and updated account status. I think now that this is not a fraud or ripoff but a terribly disorganized business takeover that has taken months to fix and may be getting back up to speed. Their great error was poor or no communications with customers.
Now I just wait and see....
Will update again on Jan 2.
