Buy Owner is a JOKE---won't hear from them after the 3 day cancelation period --wonder why?--NO ONE is happy with this company! The company (MLS Realty) THEY send to your house to write the contracts are LOSERS,LIARS and THIEVES!

Sellers and Buyers BE CAREFUL--they will put a lien on your house! DO NOT TRUST Amber Spencer,Steve Khan,Arpad Butka or Scott Hamilton --anyone from MLS Realty or Buy Owner! ANY company that has to go to their extremes for payments and NO way out of contracts are in serious NEED for business--DO NOT go with a company so LOW and Desperate!

Our comments are true and here to warn others!! If they are NASTY sometimes the truth hurts! WE DID READ our contracts BUT circumstances change and we were company transfered--the company reator took over and thats when MLS and Buy Owners TRUE COLORS CAME OUT!! We tried to make it right through emails and phone contacts(even an attorney had to get them to ALLOW us to list w/ the company realtor! now thats bad--what realtor do you know that has a 1 YEAR HOLD on your house--only the loser ones! NOTHING was done fair! Some of the "contract" pages were carbons! We never saw some of the final wording!

YOU MUST STAY WITH MLS FOR ONE YEAR! I want others to know that! We tried to make it work but all fell on deaf ears! Some customer service! They stole our money --over 10K for NOTHING --some web pix and advertisement(I am HAPPY TO PAY THAT -- BUT 10K?? ) let others read this and decide for themselves IF YOU are such a GREAT business this will not matter! We have a son with cystic fibrosis we could have used that money for meds or research to find a cure! NOT to a company that must steal money to make a deal/sale that they NEVER did! SO SAD! AGAIN I STAND FIRM by all my comments nasty and all! UNTIL they make it right with my family I WILL NEVER say or post a good thing about MLS and BUY OWNER they are RIP OFF companies and others MUST BEWARE!!

It is regretful that you have not had a good experience with Buy Owner, your agent, and MLS Realty. However, it is unfair that you are saying such nasty remarks.

MLS Realty has been in business for over five years, and Buy Owner has been in business for over 20 (twenty) years! Doesn't that tell you something? Sure it does--they wouldn't have lasted that long in the marketplace if they didn't provide good and valuable services to their customers! We have many letters from very satisfied customers who have praised us for the services we provide.

The inaccurate comments you have made show that you probably have not taken the trouble to read and understand your contract. All you needed to do was simply to read the contract, and ask any questions you wanted, when you signed it.

Some individuals unfortunately do not make the effort to ask questions or even read the contract they are signing! Then, after the fact, if the contract terms are not to their liking, they blame their agent or the company-- when it was their responsibility to have read the contract in the first place!

It's simply unfair to try to damage the reputation of Buy Owner, and MLS Realty on the internet, when there are more appropriate ways to take care of a problem you had with the company. Not only is this unfair to the companybut also the many employees who work there!
