Purchased Mirosoft Office 2010 from company Buy Perfect (bigsalesoft.com) on May 5. 2014.  Funds $64.89 drawn from bank account May 6 for Jose Pittman order #349670.  I received e-mail informing me product was shipped May 7.

Today is May 20, 2014 and product has not been received.
