On 9/30/2008 I paid for and downloaded from BuyProSoft.com, a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0. I was informed that in 12 hours or less I would be emailed the registration serial codes. They never arrived. I payed via PayPal and had them act as my agent through 4 emails demanding the registration codes or a refund. No codes were sent. No refund offered.
I called the Adobe Corp and discovered that NO vendor but themselves is authorized to download, for sale any of their software. I was never sent registration codes because they don't exist.

I wish to retract my complaint. The problem was mostly my fault. This company responded to me in a timely manner by email. Unbeknownst to me, their email domain was on my span blocker's list and I received no mail from them. When I removed the block and contacted them, I was given a reply immediately. The registration codes were receieved and the program works fine. Also, Adobe gave me wrong information when they said that only they could sell their software by download. That was not true.

This company has given me complete satisfaction. The product was delivered and is functioning perfectly. My original complaint was due to a miscommunication. Also the information given me By Adobe Corp was not accurate. This is a legitimate vendor selling legimate products. Sorry for the misinformatiom.

I have just received the registration codes for my purchase. They were sent originally as promised but I didn't receive them. This company has done what they promised and I am happy to retract my report.
