I purchased a set of NFL Steelers replica rings from the group back in Oct 25th 2020.  I received the package on Nov 4th 2020 to then open and find they sent me incorrect rings (Kobe Bryant NBA).  I noticed during further inspection the quality was horrible. The reason I went with this company was because they advertized Made in America, the highest quality sports rings, best service and 100% satisfaction.  They also warned on their website of "cheap China knockoffs".

I contacted them through their email on two separate occasions to resolve this with no response.  
I then contacted my credit card and explained the situation.  The CC company attempted to contact this group with no response and gave me my money back.  
 
Later on Dec 23rd I received a threatening email (the only response) from this group reading >

I'm filing a complaint on this vendor and would appreciate that no other customer should have to deal with this type of harassment, threats, or poor customer service and product. These rings were not cheap.
