*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Member not reading instructions
I got an email says that I could purchase one year at $119 that was normally $199 and get the second year free. Also a money back guarantee! So I bite and put in credit crad info to pay $119 and got a receipt for $199. Replied to email and got no response back. Looked again on web site forphone number and there was none. Called credit card company quickly and ask for supervisor who canceled my card and is sending a new one.

Sorry that you are unhappy. Yes, we remember you – although your misguided complaint is anonymous. (You did not use your real name or city in your complaint.) When you received the offer with the $119, instead of following instructions and clicking on the link in the e-mail, you went to our member site and filled out a new member application without taking advantage of the discount. The page clearly showed the rate that you agreed to, which was the non-discounted rate. The invoice that appeared on the screen showed the amount that you had just agreed to and gave you instructions how to manage your account with us and how to contact us. Instead of reading that, you attempted to reply to an outgoing only e-mail. If you had followed instructions and read what you agreed to regarding payment prior to clicking on the submit button. And, if you took the time to read the short instructions prior to attempting to send an e-mail, your situation would have been resolved quickly. Note that the emailed invoice is from an address that will give you a quick reply. This situation of a new member totally not following instructions has happened only three times since 1992. When it does, the member gets a quick refund of the difference.
