Andrew and his employee Bryant had called and hounded my elderly sick mother to sale her home. When I say hounded I mean calls daily for months. After many calls and promises they had settled on a price for her house. They had also promised to pay all moving expenses and gas.

If you look at their website it states we pay for your move.. so Andrew and Bryant make it out to go over contract. The first thing Andrew did was lie and change the pre determined sale price of the house. He took 9k off price stating that he would have to get a permit to sale the house with s filled in pool. We found out that was all a lie.

My mom never wanted to sell her house in the 1st place. These guys promised the moon and the stars. Bryant had told my family that he would pay 2k out of his pocket because of the lower selling price. My mom was confused and ready to back out. They pushed and pushed and promised and promised.

She never really wanted to sell in first place, she's lived her for 47 years. They made the offer sound good and pressured her into signing. Well a week after signing and talking to family and friends she realized she got taken. So I called asking about the 2k and gas money they promised.

Also my mom takes care of my disabled brother , they promised 6 months to get and and find a new place. One month later Andrew had the balls to tell my mom that if she wants to stay he needs rent money. This was two weeks after signing contract.. what happened to 6 months?

Andrew shows up wanting a check for rent , we can't believe this guy, while talking with my mom because she's very up set. He said sorry Ms Wilson I know we promised you more money moving cost and so on but it was in writing so it doesn't matter. He also said I know we lied but at least I'm admitting it.. I plan on making it my life's work to shut these guys down.

In the process of researching the company I also discovered that they are linked the the local medical marijuana distributor. I think everyone needs to know about these scammer's. They will say anything to buy a house... Do not trust one word they say... If you do I suggest you get everything in writing. DO NOT TRUST THiS COMPANY..
