about a year ago i bought a cd/reciever car stereo from buyloud.com. about 5 months ago it quit working so i called buylud.com about it because i knew it was still under manufacturer's warranty. they told me it was still under warranty and they told me i had to send it back to them so they could send it back to the manufacturer for repair.they gave me a return authorization number ad told me where to send it. i sent it to them about 5 months ago and i have not heard from them since.
