I purchased a product from buysend through Amazon.com. I never received the product. I wrote a complaint. I was contacted from buysend and have been repeatedly told that they would credit my Amazon account $30.00. I still have not received said credit.

I have multiple emails from Paul Brown stating that he has issued my credit on Amazon, but there is no credit showing in my account.
