buzzplay.com ripoff scam Internet

I don't like submitting my details online for exactly the reasons of scams like this but I clearly saw some good offer and, in order to agree to submitting my bank details at all, a trial period that, before it ended, I could cancel and everything would be fine.  I did just that, having used them just once and assumed that that was that.  Thanks also to my bank for no longer sending statements, this has gone five months undetected, this company has been taking $12.95 from my account every month and I have no idea from where they have got my data less still my permission to debit my account!
