Bvhcell HELL BOUND for eternity for less than 50 bucks. Springvalley New York

I ordered a Otterbox for my android active, when I recieved it I learned that the case does not fit the Active. My Bad. So I contacted the company who informed me to carefully repackage the item and send it back in the orignal condition. So I followed the instructions and everyhting was put back carefully just as recieved. I did not open the package with a scissors or knife and do any damage to the outer or inner parts of the package or item.

I included my order number 22062 and my authorized return number. I waited approximately two weeks and contacted bvhcell. They informed me that they had refunded my money and it was a done deal. However, when I checked with my bank, they stated that they did not receive anything from bvhcell. I returned a phone call to bvhcell and thye will not talk to us. They simply hang up. We have triple checked with our bank and they deny recieving anything from bvhcell.
