Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Do not purchase or buy into his mortgage lead programs. He is nothing but a scam, even if he goes out of his way to meet with you face to face, don't buy into his scheme. Tim Cheaure promised 8 closing in 45-60 days with his campaign program for $4500. He did manage to send over some leads in the beginning but none of them qualified as he promised. Do not be fooled by his gold/diamond etc guaranteed closing programs....they are all just a scam to get a quick payday. Please stay away from this individual as he is not faithful to the business world and should be left alone to figure out good business practices the hard way.

Wrong Picture

It is unfortunate that you (hiding as an anonymous author) posted the wrong picture without even checking. You had to go onto my Facebook page, under my name, not Tim's and pull the picture. There was no mistake in picture. I do not look anything like my brother. So now that you have placed my picture in an awkward situation with the label as a thief, how do you correct it? You can't, but through the courts in a civil suit, I can. Stay tuned, I'll be back in touch once the Subpoena is issued to this web site ordering your identity be released.

This picture is not of Tim Cheaure. I have requested for it to be deleted, but the editor seems to think a story is being fabricated for some odd reason. Once again, the picture shown is not Tim Cheaure, it is a family member of his....they look very identical.

This complaint is unfounded, the information is all wrong and the address and phone numbers are incrrect. The programs are wrong and I dont knwo of any one who is having problems with my company. All business are signed up and they have a contract which is completed.
I would like to know who filed this.

The original author of this report posted a picture that is not the source of the complaint, Tim Cheaure, but that of his brother, Greg. Had the author done their homework, they would not have pulled my FaceBook picture without verifying my picture/name. I believe there is some legal recourse to this.
