A letter was sent to me from All State Financial. A check was enclosed in the amount of $4,966.45. This check was meant to be deposited into my bank then I was supposed to write a check in the amount of $3,957.21 to pay for the Canadian taxes.
When they receive the check they apparently release a certified check in the amount of $250,000. Apparently this check is to be delivered by a courier company.
You are requested to contact a claims agent: either Collin Martins or Pamela Rogers at 1-778-320-8099.
I spoke with Pamela personally. She confirmed that this was definately not a scam as many people have thought. It was a promotion from the consumers of Wal-Mart, Sears, Home Depot, Safeway, etc. She sounded pretty legit and stated that I could contact her as often as necessary and not to release any personal information, should I be asked.
I actually thought I had won the money!!!
Until I went on the internet and Googled "All State Financial" out of Canada. Here I found "Ripoff Report"
I phoned Pamela back to ask her about this and stated what I found online.
SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I called back again and there was no answer......sounds like a scam to me!!!!
