Cain & Daniels contacted me to negotiate a settlement / dispute from a business deal. The other party had a judgement against me and they stated that they could easily reduce the settlement amount to around half. I agreed and they came back with a higher amount with a payment plan? I sent them the first payment for the settlement not them ($1000) which they kept. They have now come back with yet a higher amount.
In short I want my $1000 back.
Dont use these jokers if you want results. Use an attorney.
