Cal Spas Bubble in the bottom of hot tub Pomona California

Contacted Cal Spas Warranty Department to have bubble examined/repaired at the bottom of my hot tub. They gave me names and numbers of several businesses in the area that would help me out. Turns out, none of the businesses deal with warranty work. The business I purchased the hot tub is no longer in business.
Cal Spas requested the hot tub be drained and pictures taken and sent to them to show them the problem and they would get back to me. This takes a lot of time and money, however, I finally gave in and did as they requested. Still waiting to receive a response about having the hot tub repaired.
