Dawn came to us with great ideas of investing with her and there would be a condo for one of our pastors to live in rent free. Then, economic times took a turn and she blamed that for her inability produce. Each time she asked for a loan that would ensure everything going through. I can't remember all the details, but the first entry almost had it word for word what happened to me. I loaned her money and only received empty promise. Received one check for $500 and had to pay the fees to cash it. The other check bounced. And nothing after that.
