If you are a job seeker considering employment at Calfirst Leasing...BEWARE!!!! This company will attempt to convey to you that the position is something to the effect of a financial analyst. They will lead you to believe that it is most likely that you will earn at least $15,000.00 in commission with no problem. Do not be fooled!! This job as an Account Executive has nothing to do with financial analysis. The only thing your job will consist of, is purely telemarketing. Your job is to sit in front of a call list with a headset and make cold call. You will be a cold caller if you accept this position!! They do not inform you of this during the interview. BEWARE!!! This company is a pack of liars!!!! It is extremely difficult to make money past your base salary that this company offers. If you do not produce sales within a short period of time (which is difficult to do with this company), You WILL be fired without warning.
