California Armenian Home Jimmy Garcia abusive employee Fresno, California

Jimmy Garcia, the Activities Coordinator for the California Armenian Home has threaten an 81 year old man.  Jimmy, has no communication skills, is not trained on how to ethically treat elders. 

When Jimmy was trying to control a patient who merely wanted another snack, a vistiting elderly man scolded this punk and told him to "not talk to an elderly person this way"

Jimmy the punk, then decided his only response would be to threaten an elderly man who defended his friend with "I will call the police on you"

That 81 year old man is now in the hospital with a heart attack.

Jimmy the punk, needs training or to be fired for harming and threatening an elderly person.

Elder abuse is never to be taken lightly.  You cannot threatened "with the police" everytime your staff is held accountable or doesn't understand how to resolve customer service issues.

Let out this punk.
