i have initally purchase a car from them in early march and place a hefty deposit, after 2 weeks they cannot get financing for the cars so i have return it and i told i would gladly to pay 500 bucks for the miles that i have driven.. after 1 month later and more than 10 phone calls still have not gotten any checks yet... i have called my credit card company to file a chargeback..

Why would someone drive off the car lot with a car they do not own and why would a business allow a consumer to drive a car off their lot that the consumer does not own? Outside of the typical dealer tactic of "Here drive the car home for the night to look it over (show it to your spouse,etc) never, ever take a car off a dealer lot for longer than that. I wouldn't even do that. Just my 2 cents.
