I have purchased a calling card named Tico for 5.00 and was suppose to get 309 to Slovakia. I used the card for 140 minutes and then it said I am out of credits. I have been in contact with technical support and they said they can't issue credits since the card should only have 200 minutes if used multiple times. The website that advertised the 309 minutes says no connection fee, which would mean you get 309 minutes. This is not the case and nobody wants to help. This is a complete ripoff and will not buy cards from them again. Beware of this website, they are crooks and do not want to provide the appropriate deals.
