I ordered a case online from Calton back in September 2010 - still have not received the case and no one will return my emails or voice mails that I have been leaving since January of 2011 - it is now October of 2011. The owner Jim Laffoley will not respond.
Unfortunately, I paid with PayPal, which only has a 45 day period to dispute a case. Of course that window has long since passed.
I have also contacted the Canadian BBB, but they have also not been able to reach Calton and have stated to me that they have many cases like mine pending...
