I was ripped off too. They often answered the 1800 638 753 no. for Australian residents to enquire or book their vacation but when I started booking dates they asked for a $100 reservation fee and $35 per night or $95 per night extra to upgrade to a Deluxe or Premium room or a condo. Have never received any package, only an email with two scanned booking vouchers attached. Received an email requesting credit card details to charge the $99 reservation fee be sent by return email.

Would appreciate in assistance from previously ripped off consumers to obtain refund through bank on credit card or from Calypso Cay direct.
