I've investigated your complaint and what you've stated is incorrect.

You were banned for violating our terms and conditions after being warned by a member of staff to discontinue your activities. When you wrote to support they explained to you that once your funds clear the three day reserve a one-time final payment will be made. I see the necessary information needed for this payment has been submitted and as explained to you in an email the payment will be generated Tuesday/Wednesday.
