Assured us it would only take 3 month s paid them 4,000 dollars so their lawyers could start a lawsuit with Loan Depot, because they had not given us a modification. A year has passed nothing has come to fruition. No paper work, both. I call daily I am constantly leaving messages with them. No return call. This morning a receptionist answered the call, and assured me they would get back to me. When I asked for her name she mentioned she had already given me her name. I said I didn't quite understand her, she refused to give me her name a second time ....It's all starting to make sense!
