I found a car listed at $10,998 on Camelback Ford internet web site.  After several phone calls I thought the salesman I had agreed on a deal and I was prepared to drive 400 miles to pick up the car.  Then some guy in the financial office called and informed that there were more than $1000 of 'documentatin' and other miscellaneous extra charges.  Fortunately, I was able to cancel my motel room.  So while I was not ripped off, I think this company is guilty of misleading sneaky behavior.

Car Dealers

AUTHOR: MayBeWiser - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, March 19, 2011

I live in Las Cruces, NM and I have dealt with several local dealers.  All those I have dealt with have been models of integrity and pillars of the community. That is part of why I was so shocked by the behavior of an authorized factory dealer.  The used car dealers in Las Cruces are more honest than this big Phoenix dealership!   I searched the internet because no local dealer had the vehicle I was seeking.  So please don't think that this kind of behavior is typical of auto dealers.

How DARE You Criticize This A+ BBB Business!!!

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, March 19, 2011

You are RIGHT ON!  You did the right thing by walking out on this SCAM.  What they were trying to do is perpetrate the bogus, add-on, phoney fee con-game.  The Sleazy American Car Business is known for this SCAM.  They advertise or tell you the price of the car as an artificial price so low you think its a good deal.  Then they load up the deal with PHONEY FEES to make up the difference.  What you did was expose the stinking, slime ball pond scum which populate that dealership.  But guess what....there's more!

In order for these SLIMEBALLS to further SCAM the public, they PAID FOR help from the BBB!  This pond scum BOUGHT an "A+" rating from the BBB.  As such, the BBB is PART OF THE SCAM!  Anybody can join the BBB.  The BBB tries to DECEIVE THE PUBLIC into thinking they are some part of government.  They BBB isn't part of any law enforcement body.  The BBB is a SCAM.  They SELL these phoney accreditations to ANY business which has the money.  When that business a caught in a scam, just like you caught these SLIMEBALLS, they run and hide behind the BBB and tell the public how wrong you are because they have this "A+" rating from another SCAM operation.  They BBB is just like some offshore boiler room operation selling phoney college degrees.  Go to YOU Tube and search for "BBB Scam" and you will see an ABC reporter attempt to interview some BBB pond scum.  The pond scum ends the interview early because the reporter is drilling in on the BBB on going SCAM.  Can you even imagine the smell of stench coming from this BBB piece of sh--?  Talk about needing a respirator!

Again...

You did very, very well.  Tell your friends, spread the word and its OK for you to brag about how much of a smart consumer you are, because you have obviously demonstrated that.
