Campaigner.com promised a refund and never delivered Internet

During the trial I was charged for an upgrade I hadn't authorized.

When I called in to ask them about this they were incredibly helpful and canceled my account and told me they would get me my refund in 7-10 days.

After 10 days had passed, I noticed the refund wasn't in my account so I called them out of curiosity.

What I was told was that after our conversation, despite promising me a refund, they decided not to do it. On top of that, no one tried contacting me to let me know.

I have no problem with mistakes, but I refuse to work with or endorse dishonest companies.
