Campers world Conway New Hampshire Sold me a 2014 Thor Hurricane that has been in a Mass CW since I purchased it. Missing Certificate of Origin and wrong RMV paperwork Conway New Hampshire

Bought a 2014 Thor Hurricane class A from CW in New Hampshire.  When we picked it up It didnt have any AC,Defrost,heat in the front cab.  I was told t was a Ford recall issue.Wrong Ther is not recall on this! first lie i was told by service manager.  I was given the wrong RMV forms 3 times and when I complaines Sue told me she didn't deal with Mass and i was lucky she was giving me the RMV forms, Then they forgot to give me the certifcate of origin. waiting for all of the paper work and Certificate of origin took over 30 days I had to pay a fine because CW didn't know what they were doing.  

One week after I got the camper home we discovered leaks and brought it to the camping world in Mass to be repaired.  As of today we still don't have the RV back.

I have spoken to the Vice President Kevin B one time.  I have tried to contact him recently to discuss the above issues and after leaving several phone call he has yet to call me back. 

My message to anyone thinking about purchasing from Camping World don't Do IT they have very poor customer service!

I am now out about $3,000.00 between the fines, canceling cmping trips and my loan because I can't use it

I am goingt to have a sign made when I get my RV back and hang it teling people not to purhase from camping world!
