Canada Company 819-326-7042 I don't have company name, just their phone number from their automated dialer. This number shows as either non-existant or unlisted in all data base searches I ran! harassing auto-dialer from unknown company / number 819-326-7042 Ste-Agathe, Quebec

On 11/2/09 at 7am we started receiving automated calls from telephone number 819-326-7042.  The calls came every 45 seconds.  They did not stop until 5:30 pm.  If you answered the call, there was silence, no recorded message, no fax tone, nothing.  The call would then terminate itself after 20 seconds.

A call every 45 seconds can really screw up your telephone system.  The call virtually shut us down, because when trying to answer other calls, this one invariably showed up and was answered, or we missed the good call trying to get rid of the bad one.

I tried searching for the owner of this number.  Qwest tells me it is international and therefore NOTHING can be done to stop it in the US!  I called Canada Bell (the internet searches say the number is owned by them) and they said its not their number.  Finally, all data base, reverse directory, etc. searches came back with just the town, and no other data available.

If anyone knows who these jerks are, please let me know.
