I ordered 2 bras on May 1,2004. My cheque for $34.08 was cashed on May 7,2004. It is now July 2, 2004 and no bras as of yet.
I tried to contact this company and could not obtain a phone number from information or in any listings. No phone number or e-mail address is listed on the catalogue. At the time I thought nothing of this.
I received this catalogue with my regular mail, delivered by canada post. It was a full color catalogue and it never occurred to me that this could be fraudulent.
I had ordered products from the company J.D. Marvel in the past and although it took a long time I did eventually receive my order.After finding your website I do believe that these companies are one in the same.
I fear for all of the others that have fallen victim to the seduction and convenience of mail order fraud. In particular seniors and shut-ins who use mail order most.

I recently bought something from CMOE too and finally after about 4 months it came. Unfortunately, it didn't work and I couldn't get through to any of the 4 phone numbers I found on the internet.
I looked at the small print on my instructions and the company who actually made the product had a phone and fax number and a web site. So I emailed them and asked them for a refund and they gave me CMOE new phone number in Montreal area: 514-344-4594.
I just called them July 6, 2004. If you hurry they may still be there!
